We currently are raising capital to acquire a 15-gas station portfolio and execute a sale-leaseback. The portfolio spans and is mostly found within the Texas Triangle, along major thoroughfares critical to logistical supply and distribution to the Greater United States. The investment offers investors bonus depreciation, cash flow, and development-like returns.
The property will be occupied with property-level leases from existing owners, who will continue to operate the properties. Our business plan is to sell each location separately to maximize the value of each store.
